Mira Chopra can practice before the IRS of all 50 states in the USA and is also admitted to Federal Tax Court. She has represented clients in front of the Appeals division of the IRS on countless occasions. She has been awarded the Top Practitioner of the Year by The American Society of Tax Practitioner and is an actives member of several professional societies so she can keep up with the latest developments with the IRS and the law.
Mira Chopra has been licensed to practice by the state of Ohio since 1992. This licensing allows her to appear in all city, county, and state courts throughout Ohio. She is also admitted to the Federal courts in the Northern District of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court, both virtually and physically, in any state’s travelling court sessions.
